    The Attractions

North Little Rock has combined its natural beauty with man made fun. Walk or bike along the Arkansas River Trail, a 17-mile loop that runs along both sides of the Arkansas River and includes the Big Dam Bridge. Immerse yourself in history at the U.S.S. Razorback submarine or explore Native American heritage along the Trail of Tears. Perhaps a sunset cruise on the Arkansas Queen steamboat is more your style.

Hop on the River Rail Trolley for a sightseeing tour through historic downtown North Little Rock and the River Market District on the south side of the river. While you’re there, don’t miss the Clinton Presidential Center and the Arkansas State Capitol. Indulge your inner movie buff with a stop at the Old Mill, which appeared in the opening minutes of “Gone with the Wind.” Make sure to leave plenty of time for a hotdog at the Dickey-Stephens Park to cheer on your favorite Arkansas Travelers. There’s plenty to do on the north shore.
